The Dallas Court of Appeals reversed a summary judgment granted against a client of Sanders, O'Hanlon & Motley.  The issue involved the statute of limitations for various claims in a business ownership dispute, including breach of fiduciary duty and fraudulent transfer of assets.

Attorney J. Michael Young drafted the appellate briefs and argued the case before the Dallas Court of Appeals.  The Dallas Court's opinion can be read here.  The Texas Supreme Court recently upheld that opinion.
